A large project involving a loft conversion to create an additional three bedrooms and bathroom to this deceptively large Victorian house in the centre of Stockbridge. Being in a conservation area this property required a new slate roof, conservation grade velux windows and a full refurbishment of the existing ground floor which had been neglected for a number of years. The result was a fabulous family home with four bedrooms, playroom, lounge, kitchen diner and two bathrooms.
