In autumn 2022 Beckett and Beckett converted this tired and dated ground and lower ground Georgian flat in Stockbridge into two separate dwellings.
For this project we split a ground and lower ground flat into two separate dwellings. The project was challenging and involved digging out the basement, removing staircases and many structural changes. Access was not easy given the location in the middle of Stockbridge but the result is two stylish city centre properties. This is the lower ground flat.
Works well underway on our latest project in Devon Place, Wester Coates. Two terraced houses to which we are adding extensions and dormers to both. We will also be giving them the full Beckett and Beckett makeover they so badly need. Coming to the market early Summer 2024.
