In Spring 2024 Beckett and Beckett developed these two tired and dated cottages in Wester Coates into a pair of stylish, spacious contemporary family homes.
For this project we increased the size and transformed the space and flow of these two terraced cottages by adding dormer windows and extensions to both. The result was two stylish and contemporary family homes centrally located in Edinburgh.

In autumn 2022 Beckett and Beckett converted this tired and dated ground and lower ground Georgian flat in Stockbridge into two separate dwellings.
