Refurbishment of a New Town basement flat.
At first glance this property might have looked like it didn’t require renovation but we quickly re-thought the space and layout. An additional bedroom was created by moving the existing galley kitchen to a large internal boxroom. The finishing touches with panelled effect wallpaper and natural sisal carpets transformed this tired property into a stylish New Town flat.
