The original layout of this B Listed flat in the Dean Village required some major alterations to change it from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. There was also structural work involved such as a slap through from kitchen to living room and the creation of a back door to the rear garden all of which improved the flow and layout of the property. In addition to the layout changes the flat was completely refurbished with all works completed in just 5 weeks.
Works well underway on our latest project in Devon Place, Wester Coates. Two terraced houses to which we are adding extensions and dormers to both. We will also be giving them the full Beckett and Beckett makeover they so badly need. Coming to the market early Summer 2024.
